Just a few lines to thank you both for looking after us as you did last week on the farm. It was just like being at home and so restful, particularly as we are on a hectic schedule at the moment.

 

We hope to be able to reciprocate at some point in the non too distant future when we can offer our homes to you.

It has now been almost 20 years since we first stayed at lovely Leigh Farm in Pensford with Jo and Colin Smart. During this time we have seen fishing lakes created to the already stunning countryside, the old farm barns are now very attractive houses complimenting the farmhouse and pretty holiday bungalows. We also enjoy the pretty surrounding areas like Wells, Bath, Cheddar, Chew Valley, Blagdon Lakes and many more lovely places that we now return too two and three times a year. We always come back to Leigh Farm to a warm welcome; it’s like coming home to a special place.

I have stayed at Leigh Farm while on holiday for the last 15 years. We have found the accommodation to be of a very good standard with great hosts.

The views and location are terrific and ideal for Somerset and Devon.

Leigh Farm is an idyllic haven. A peaceful and comfortable home-from-home  set in the most beautiful Somerset countryside. Mr and Mrs Smart are extremely hospitable, we felt most welcomed and would highly recommend Leigh Farm to anyone. The eggs are a must!
